Site information

Terms and conditions

eject.cc is a personal collection of projects and experiments, operated from Alberta, Canada.

Using the site

You may browse and follow project links without an account. Please do not misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful content. These terms do not prohibit activity protected by applicable law.

Projects and intellectual property

Unless a project includes its own licence, its appearance on this site does not grant a licence to redistribute its code, text or other materials. Rights remain with their respective owners, subject to applicable exceptions such as fair dealing. Project-specific licences control where provided. External names and links do not imply endorsement.

Private messages

Send only information you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in your message; the site owner may store and use it to respond to the request as described in the privacy policy. Your private request code controls access to your conversation. Keep it safe: lost codes cannot be recovered. Abusive messages may be removed.

Availability and limitations

Projects may be experiments, may change, and may be unavailable. Review any project-specific instructions and licence before using one. No promise of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or technical support is made. Nothing here excludes a right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

No current sales

This website currently has no checkout, paid subscriptions or products for purchase. Future paid offerings would need their own clear prices and terms before you make a purchase. See the refund policy.

Questions and disputes

Use the contact form to raise a concern, including copyright or accessibility concerns. These terms do not require arbitration or waive mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law and court jurisdiction depend on the circumstances; no exclusive foreign venue is imposed.

Changes

These terms can be updated as the site changes. Material changes will be identified through the revised date. New terms do not retroactively remove accrued legal rights.
